Focus

Poise

The pause before. The clarity after.

Herbs in morning light for the pause before the next thing begins
I.

Before the next thing begins.

There is a moment between tasks: the meeting that ended and the one that begins, the draft that was hard to write and the email that still needs sending. The mind is still running from what it has just left. Poise is for that moment. The pause before you begin.

Not clarity delivered. Clarity made possible. Two drops applied, one breath taken, and something in the decision-making part of you returns. The kind of focus that arises when distraction has been gently asked to wait.

The botanicals behind Poise: rosemary, peppermint, eucalyptus, jojoba, sweet orange
II.

The formula behind the focus.

Rosemary has been carried into examination halls since the Renaissance. Its bright, sharp scent is well-known to anyone who has leaned over a sprig mid-afternoon and felt more awake for it. Peppermint sharpens without the spike. Eucalyptus opens the whole blend wide, forest-clean and bright.

Jojoba carries it all into the skin so the effect holds through a long session, and sweet orange lifts the aroma into something brighter still. Together these companions have accompanied human focus for longer than any productivity framework has existed, asking nothing more of you than two drops and a moment of stillness.

Not clarity delivered. Clarity made possible.
