- Warm 2–3 drops between palms and apply gently to desired areas.
- Apply to pulse points: wrists, temples, décolleté, and nape of neck.
- Perform a small patch test on the inner forearm prior to first full use and allow 24 hours before continuing.
- Refer to the instructions on your product packaging for blend-specific guidance.
Care & Consideration
- Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with cool water.
- Do not apply to broken, irritated, inflamed, or recently exfoliated skin.
- If redness, itching, swelling, or any discomfort occurs after application, discontinue use immediately.
- Some botanical ingredients may increase skin sensitivity to sunlight. Avoid direct sun exposure on freshly applied areas.
- Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.
- Not intended for use on or by children under the age of 12.

How often should I use it?
Daily. Morning, evening, or both. The value is not in any single application. It is in the return. Two minutes, repeated, is what reshapes the body's baseline over time.
Can I use more than one blend?
Yes. Our formulations are designed to sit quietly alongside one another. Begin with one blend and allow a few days before introducing another. If you have any sensitivities, a small patch test with each blend individually is always a good start.
How long will one bottle last?
With once or twice-daily use of two drops, most bottles last four to six weeks. The ritual matters more than the quantity.
How should I store my blends?
A cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The amber glass is designed to protect the botanicals, but steady, moderate temperatures extend the life of the oils. Keep the cap closed when not in use.
What skin types are these suitable for?

What does ECOCERT certified mean?
ECOCERT is an internationally recognised certification body that traces each ingredient from its point of origin through to the finished formulation. When an ingredient carries ECOCERT certification, its organic provenance has been independently verified, not just claimed.
Are Cielvaa products tested on animals?
Never. We hold Leaping Bunny certification, the most rigorous cruelty-free standard available. Nothing we make is ever tested on animals, at any stage, by anyone in our supply chain.
What is your return and refund policy?
We want every Cielvaa purchase to feel considered, and we stand behind what we make. Returns and refunds are accepted within 7 days of receipt. The conditions specific to each product are detailed in your order confirmation email. For our massage tools, we offer a one-year warranty. If something is not right, please reach out. We will take care of it.
