Neck & Shoulder

Repose

Areas that carry long hours and unspoken tension.

Warm botanical oils for the neck and shoulders
I.

The body's memory.

The neck holds the meetings you did not want to be in. The shoulder blades carry every email left unanswered. The jaw clenches quietly through conversations that required you to be softer than you felt. By the time evening comes, the tension has settled so far in that it no longer announces itself. It has become the shape of the day.

Repose was made for this. Not to force the muscle into release, but to invite the body, gently, to remember what ease felt like. Two drops. A slow exhale. The shoulder softens slightly. That is enough.

The Practice
01 Warm two drops between the palms
02 Apply to the nape, upper back, and shoulders
03 One slow breath. Stay in it.
The botanicals behind Repose: ginger, rosemary, sweet orange, jojoba, lavender, jasmine, camellia
II.

An inheritance, not an innovation.

Ginger, warming and penetrating, loosens what has been held too tight. Rosemary brings warmth to places that have gone cold with stillness. Sweet orange lifts the blend into something brighter, while jojoba carries it all deep into the skin, so the effect lasts.

Lavender and jasmine arrive for the evening, softer notes that ease the body toward rest, and camellia finishes it, silken and quiet. Each botanical here was chosen because it has been used, for centuries, for exactly this: the neck that will not release, the shoulders that have forgotten how. Not a trend. An inheritance.

The muscle holds everything the mind has already moved on from. Repose is the invitation back.
