The botanicals.
Resinous and ancient. Used across centuries of contemplative tradition for the stillness it brings to a room and a mind.
The most familiar scent of rest there is. A single breath of it is often where the shift toward calm begins.
Heady and full, the smell of white flowers opening after dark. Jasmine carries a warmth that lingers long after the rest of the blend has faded, rounding out sharper notes with something softer and more intimate.
Deep and earthbound, the smell of damp forest floor and old wood. Patchouli grounds the lighter notes around it, giving the blend weight and keeping it from drifting too far into sweetness.
The ritual.

1
Fill the diffuser
Add water to your cool-mist diffuser to the fill line. A cool-mist or ultrasonic diffuser preserves the botanical integrity of the blend.
-
2
Add the oil
Add 5 to 8 drops to the water. A small amount is sufficient for a standard room. The scent builds over the first few minutes of diffusion.

3
Allow the space to change
Run for 30 to 60 minutes before sleep. Used consistently in the same space, the scent becomes part of the ritual: the association deepens and sleep follows more readily over time.
